What are the password requirements?
- Minimum 8 characters

Why do I need to verify email?
Email verification:
- Secures your account
- Enables notifications
- Allows password recovery
- Required for service
Can I use same email for multiple accounts?
No, each account needs a unique email address.

How does quota work?
- 1 Quota = 1 Installation
- Check current pricing in dashboard (dynamic pricing)
- Quota never expires
- Auto-refund if installation fails
How do I top up?
- Login to dashboard
- Go to Top Up page
- Enter amount
- Generate QRIS
- Scan with e-wallet (within 5 minutes)
- Quota added automatically
Which e-wallets can I use?
All Indonesian e-wallets supporting QRIS:
- GoPay
- OVO
- DANA
- ShopeePay
- LinkAja
- And all other QRIS-compatible apps
What if payment expires?
- Payments auto-cancel after 5 minutes
- QR dialog shows countdown timer
- Payment automatically canceled from system
- Just generate a new one
- No penalty for expired payments
Can I get refund for unused quota?
No cash refunds, but quota is automatically refunded if installation fails.
What are redeem codes?
Promotional codes to get free quota:
- Get codes from Support Channel

How do I use redeem codes?
Via Website:
- Go to Top Up page
- Find "Redeem Code" section
- Enter code (e.g., WINUX-XXXX-XXXX)
- Click "Apply"
Via Telegram Bot:

Do redeem codes expire?
Some codes have expiration dates, some don't. Check the code details or try applying it.

How long does installation take?

What are VPS requirements?
- Minimum 2GB RAM (4GB+ recommended for Server)
- 30GB+ disk space
- KVM or compatible virtualization
- Root password authentication
- Ubuntu or Debian operating system

What if installation fails?

Can I cancel during installation?
No, wait for completion. If it fails, quota is refunded automatically.
Why does WINUX use RDP port 22 instead of 3389?
Port 22 is used to ensure compatibility with all VPS providers:
- Most providers allow port 22 by default
- Port 3389 might be blocked by some firewalls
- Port 22 works everywhere without special configuration
- Connection is same RDP protocol, just different port

How do I connect to Windows?
Use Remote Desktop (RDP):
- Address: Your VPS IP
- Port: 22 (important: not 3389)
- Username: Administrator
- Password: Your chosen RDP password
I can't connect after installation?
Check:
- Correct IP address
- Using port 22 (not 3389)
- Using "Administrator" username
- Correct RDP password
- VPS is running
- Wait 2-3 minutes after installation completes
What's the default username?
For Windows: Administrator

What's the difference between bot and website?

Can I use both bot and website?
Yes! Same account works on both platforms. Login credentials are shared.
Can I have multiple accounts with same Telegram ID?
Yes! WINUX supports multiple accounts per Telegram ID:
- Register different accounts with different usernames/emails
- Login to specific account via
/login username password - Each account has separate quota and history
- Useful for managing multiple clients or projects
Troubleshooting
Email verification code not received?
- Check spam/junk folder
- Wait 2-3 minutes
- Click resend code
- Verify email spelling
Payment not confirmed?
- Wait 1-2 minutes
- Check payment status
- Ensure paid exact amount
- Contact support if still pending
Forgot password?
Currently manual reset only. Contact support with:
- Username
- Registered email
- Request password reset
Installation stuck?
- Wait up to 30 minutes
- Check error logs
