How to Top Up​

Via Website​

  1. Login to Dashboard

  2. Navigate to Top Up

    • Click "Top Up" in menu
    • Or use quick access from dashboard

  3. Enter Amount

    • Choose how many quota you need
    • Minimum purchase: 1 quota
    • See total price instantly

  4. Generate Payment

    • Click "Generate QRIS"
    • QR code appears on screen

  5. Complete Payment

    • Scan QR code with any e-wallet:
      • GoPay
      • OVO
      • DANA
      • ShopeePay
      • LinkAja
      • Any QRIS-supported app
    • Pay within 5 minutes
    • Unique amount for tracking

  6. Automatic Confirmation

    • Payment confirmed instantly
    • Quota added to account
    • Receive confirmation message

Via Telegram Bot​

  1. Login to Bot

    /login username password

  2. Check Balance

    /quota

  3. Generate Payment

    /topup 5

    (Replace 5 with desired amount)

  4. Scan and Pay

    • Bot sends QR code image
    • Use "Check Status" button
    • Or "Cancel" if needed

How to Apply​

Via Website:

  1. Go to Top Up page
  2. Find "Redeem Code" section
  3. Enter your code (e.g., WINUX-XXXX-XXXX)
  4. Click "Apply"
  5. Quota added instantly

Via Telegram Bot:

/redeem WINUX-AB3D-EF9H

Code Properties​

  • Usage Limit: Single use or multiple use
  • Expiry Date: May have expiration
  • Quota Amount: Varies per code

Managing Payments​

Cancel Payment​

If you change your mind:

  • Website: Click "Cancel" button - Professional dialog appears
  • Bot: Use "Cancel" button or /cancel_payment

Countdown Timer​

QR code popup shows remaining time (5 minutes).

  • Timer displayed: "Time Remaining: 4:32"
  • Turns red when less than 1 minute
  • Payment auto-canceled when expired

Payment History​

View past payments:

  • Website: Top Up page shows history with status
  • Bot: Use /topup_history command

Auto-Cancel Feature​

If payment not completed within 5 minutes:

  • Payment automatically canceled
  • QR dialog closes
  • Alert notification shown
  • Can create new payment immediately

Auto-Refund Policy​

When Refunds Happen​

Quota automatically returned if:

  • Installation fails due to system error
  • Service temporarily unavailable
  • Technical issues on our side

No Refund Cases​

Quota not returned if:

  • Wrong VPS credentials provided
  • VPS doesn't meet requirements
  • User cancels installation

Troubleshooting​

  • Payment not confirmed: Wait 1-2 minutes
  • QR code expired: Generate new one
